Lisa Goich is an award-winning author and copywriter, major market talk radio host, blogger, podcaster, journalist and former stand-up comedian. Graduating from Central Michigan University with a degree in journalism, and a certification in Creative Writing from the prestigious UCLA Writers’ Program, she has spent her life dedicated to the written word, the spoken word and the arts. Lisa has worked for some of the biggest names and corporations in the literary and entertainment business, including Mitch Albom, Carole King, Robert Redford, ABC, The WB, CAA, Playboy and the GRAMMY Awards.

Beginning her writing career as an advertising copywriter, Lisa has written ads for The American Red Cross, KFC, 7-Eleven, and numerous TV and radio stations. As a talk radio host and producer, Lisa’s voice was heard on major market terrestrial radio stations KFI AM 640 in Los Angeles (America's #1 Talk Radio Station), the iconic WJR AM 760 in Detroit, KLSX/Los Angeles and KTLK/Los Angeles. She is currently the co-host and producer of the popular Tuesday People podcast, with author, Mitch Albom, based on his mega-bestselling memoir, Tuesdays With Morrie.
 
Lisa’s memoir, 14 Days: A Mother, A Daughter, A Two-Week Goodbye (Savio Republic) - the moving story of her mother’s last two weeks of life - released at #1 in memoirs on Amazon, and was a National Indie Excellence Award Winner, and a Foreword Reviews IndieFab Finalist. Her follow up book, I Wonder: A Guided Grief Journal (Savio Republic), received an NIEA Finalist medal. In 2022, through her teen/tween imprint, A Girl On The Go®, Lisa published her first two books: the Foreword Reviews INDIES and NIEA finalist, A Girl On The Go Guided Journal and A Girl On The Go Power Prompts. 
 
Lisa is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI), the Association of Writers and Writing Programs (AWP), the Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA), the Author’s Guild, and the Editorial Freelancers Association (EFA). At home, she is a rock ‘n’ roll wife, an auntie to many, and a mother of four rescue dogs who definitely has a soft spot in her heart for all things wild.
